We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your supplements arrive promptly. Please note that our products are non-returnable unless they are defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service within 2 days of delivery to initiate a return or replace.

Currently, we only ship within India. Please check back later as we expand our services to international customers.

Payments

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. You can pay using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD). Simply choose your preferred method at checkout!

At this time, we only accept credit cards issued by Indian banks. Unfortunately, international credit cards are not accepted. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our payment options!

Yes, applicable taxes are included in the price of our products. The final amount you see at checkout includes any relevant sales taxes based on your location.

Shipping & Returns

Since our supplements are non-returnable, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. If you’ve received a defective product, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we’ve processed your return and confirmed the issue with the product, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method. We’ll notify you as soon as the refund is initiated.

To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. However, we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.
